Completion of the training in BMGIM:
The curriculum of the training at IMIT has been endorsed and accredited by the Association for Music and Imagery (AMI) and the European Association of Music and Imagery (EAMI) and is thus internationally recognised.
After having fulfilled all the requirements for graduation, participants will receive a Certificate from the Institute for Music, Imagination and Therapy (IMIT).
The certificate from IMIT is a prerequisite for becoming an „Accredited BMGIM Therapist“ in the EAMI and/or for applying for Fellowship in the AMI.
The participating trainers, therapists and supervisors of the IMIT have committed themselves to the EAMI Code of Ethics as well as regular Continuous Professionel Development.
Individual sessions and supervision with GIM therapists who do not meet the training standards of the EAMI will not be recognised as lecturers, teaching therapists and supervisors for the postgradual training at the IMIT.
